Performance management that starts with what your people tell you

360 feedback, appraisals, goals and one-to-ones, in the same platform as your surveys. It is for HR teams who want better conversations, fairer reviews and clearer goals that build on what people have already said.
Grow your people.

360 feedback

Set the requirements for who needs to take part, such as a manager, peers or clients, and how many of each. Run a 360 for one person, or build a template with the questions and requirements for a whole programme, team or organisation. Results are confidential, and released when you're ready, with an AI summary, suggested actions, linked goals and notes, and a PDF report.

Appraisals

Templates your HR team controls, on a cycle you choose, ad hoc or both. Self-review only, or self plus manager, with the gaps between them highlighted. Moderation with logged score changes, release and sign-off, tracked disputes and team heatmaps.

See appraisals.

Goals and objectives

Organisation-wide, shared and personal objectives that cascade, with red, amber or green status, key-result measures and an overview of who needs support.

One-to-ones

Better conversations. Better teams. Shared agendas with talking points, notes and actions for each point, linked goals, and a history of every conversation.

See one-to-ones.

One platform, from what people say to what you do about it.

It starts with your engagement and pulse surveys, which show what is happening across the organisation. The actions and goals that come out of them carry through to departments, teams and each person, and come up again in one-to-ones, 360s and appraisals.

Goals can be linked to actions, 360s, appraisals and one-to-ones. So a person's review builds on what the whole organisation has told you, as well as on their own history.

Start with surveys that reach every employee, then turn the results into actions that make a difference.

Questions people ask

Is 360 feedback anonymous?

Although the names of participants aren't shown alongside their responses, the small number taking part (typically five to ten) and their close relationship with the person mean that anonymity can't be guaranteed. Results are confidential, and released when you're ready, by whoever you choose: a manager, someone in HR, a coach or a consultant. Who sees what is set by permissions you control.

Can clients or other people outside the organisation give 360 feedback?

Yes. Clients and other people from outside the organisation can take part.

Does performance sit in the same platform as our surveys?

Yes. 360s, appraisals, goals and one-to-ones are in the same platform as your surveys. The actions and goals that come out of survey feedback can feed into each person's goals, one-to-ones and reviews, so a review builds on what people have already told you.

Can we export reviews?

Yes. 360 reports and appraisals export as PDFs, and results download as CSV files. We connect Ten Space to your HR system and set it up for you, and there is an API.
