Three ways to set up a survey
- Filtered, with the ethics filter applied: results are only shown for groups of six or more. This is our most common setup.
- Fully anonymous (certain features such as automated reminders and segmentation may not be available).
- Identified, where authorised users can see which individual answered.
The setting belongs to the survey, whatever channel people answer by: email, WhatsApp, SMS, QR code or even paper.
360 feedback
Although the names of participants aren't shown alongside their responses, the small number taking part (typically five to ten) and their close relationship with the person mean that anonymity can't be guaranteed. Results are confidential, and released when you're ready.
What we tell the people who answer
Invitations, reminders, questions and most other information shared with employees are controlled by templates that can be altered for clients.
Our Employee Promise explains, in plain words, how each survey can be set up and what happens to people's answers.
