Passionate about making great software help real people solve real problems, Dan saw the opportunity to build an employee survey platform that is easy to use, yet flexible and powerful: one for HR professionals to fall in love with.
His mission is to give HR teams the insight they need to make decisions based on what their employees think, backed by the technology and service of the Ten Space team.

Alec is Operations Director at Ten Space. He has worked in marketing, sales and technology businesses throughout his career, and joined Ten Space to build the product and proposition. Alec recognises that great companies are built by great people who bring energy, ideas and skills to the table. Ten Space is the platform that helps bring great people and great ideas together.
Lawrence Matthews
Lawrence Matthews
Lawrence is Head of Client Engagement at Ten Space. His mission is to make sure everybody gets the benefit of Ten Space. Away from work he supports Grimsby Town, trains good dogs to be better and is an ardent gilet-wearer.
Victoria Bond
Victoria Bond
Victoria founded Ten Space and is now a non-executive director. She is not involved in the day-to-day running of the company, and continues to advise the team. With a successful career leading HR teams, and as an employee engagement expert, Victoria is passionate about her mission to create incredible workplaces through highly engaged teams.
