The Challenge
B-Secur turned to Ten Space to engage with their staff and support their teams as the company grows. They recognised that they had limited visibility about what mattered to their employees across the business and, in particular, didn’t feel connected to their hybrid workforce.
B-Secur hadn’t conducted any employee engagement surveys prior to working with Ten Space. As their number of employees increased, they recognised the need to engage with their staff.
